Tattoos

A person wants a tattoo there are two important questions they ask themselves where to get it and what to get.  A tattoo is something that can help individualize someone that makes them memorable and recognizable to the rest of the world. When people think about getting a tattoo they always have a meaningful reason that is important to them.  For instance if I were to get a tattoo it would be of a pi symbol on my right shoulder blade just how it is in this picture.  I would get it there because I know the first one hundred digits of pi.  It would be put on my shoulder blade so I could hide it from my mother by wearing a shirt.

            Now when the people in society see a pi tattoo it appeals to their emotions by confusing them.  After the confusion clears they start to make assumptions and classifying the person.  They would classify the person as a nerd or geek and wonder why of all things get a pi tattoo.  They would then assume the person has something to with math or science.  The placement of the tattoo, on the shoulder shows that only people close to this person will see it, because he has the option to cover it up from society.  To people in the math world they know pi is a constant so people will know that the pi symbol means consistency.

            The pi symbol is a mark that relates to science or math.  Pi is an irrational number meaning the person cannot be expressed very easily.  It shows uniqueness, people with a pi tattoo don’t fit into a category.  They are in a category of outcasts the people in society that do their own thing.
